On November 15-17, 2022, Aokai Machinery Technology held a three-day seminar on deepening the collision of ideas for the second transformation at the Vienna Hotel in Foshan.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Cao Baowei, General Manager of the Rear Business Group of the Group, with Mr. Xiong Hong, Chairman of the Group, Mr. Chen Zhong'an, Director of Human Resources, and Mr. Liu, representative of the supplier, serving as judges.

More than 50 key members of the company participated in a brainstorming session to explore the direction of deepening the second transformation.

At the seminar, by reviewing the purpose of the second transformation, the group carefully sorted out the problems, explored the root causes, and reached consensus on countermeasures based on the current development status of the industry and the company. From investigating and solving problems to analyzing the root causes of existing problems, and then to simulating the practical operation of self operated entities, in every round of ideological collision and discussion, everyone actively speaks up, brainstorms, gathers strength, and seeks common ground. At the same time, during the meeting, the theme of "incubating and empowering independent business entities, consolidating the business unit model. Building a platform+independent business entity, transforming into a platform based organization" was well explained, and constructive suggestions were put forward for the future development of the company.

Finally, Mr. Cao Baowei, General Manager of the Group's Rear Business Group, and Mr. Chen Zhong'an, Director of the Human Resources Center, provided a summary and supplementary explanation of the policy direction for deepening the second round of reform.
